RESERVATIONS POLICY

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. All appointments will be confirmed via text message and email.

TARDINESS POLICY

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable; and while we will do our best to accommodate you, if you are more than 10 minutes late of your appointment time, we will be forced to reschedule your service and you will owe 50% of your service.

CANCELLATION/ NO-CALL NO-SHOW POLICY

We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list. If you cancel after the cancellation period you're subject to 50% of service(s) booked. If you no call no show you will be charged 100% of service(s). If something beyond Wax Boss' control (weather, esthetician sick day, etc.) requires us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give as much advance notice as soon as possible. A credit card or gift card will be required in order for you to reserve your appointment online.

FIRST TIME GUEST POLICY

In order to claim first-time customer discounts, you must be a first-time guest to the whole company, not just a studio. This offer only applies to Texas residents. Please provide your driver's license at check-in. If you miss your first appointment, you will forfeit your 1st time brazilian wax service.

PRICE POLICY

We are constantly expanding our service list and products to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

MONETARY POLICY

Wax Boss Waxing Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Wax Boss gift cards, bank debit cards, Afterpay, Cash App, ApplePay, Google Pay. Wax Boss gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.

REFUND POLICY

All services, gift cards, and pass sales are final. If you need to return a retail item, please note that you must present the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued as in-store credit only. All returns are subject to system verification.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY

If you are currently using Accutane, Retinol or any lotions, creams or other medications that affect the skin, and/or if you have any allergies or recent scar tissue, please notify our studio's front desk prior to reserving your waxing service(s).

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY

Everyone is welcome at Wax Boss Waxing Studio!

If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian will need to sign a one-time authorization form for you to receive any intimate service.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your Wax Boss Babe will remain confidential, as will any special conditions. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.

Online Booking Disclosure

SAVING A CARD ON FILE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CLIENTS, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED WITH A BOX TO CHECK AGREEING THAT WAX BOSS WAXING STUDIO CAN STORE YOUR CARD AND THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CLIENTS. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS
